The gourmet restaurant Bel Etage with the intimate salon character, in the historical premises of the Teufelhof, offers a seasonal, product-oriented and no-frills gourmet cuisine at the highest level. Chef Michael Baader has been responsible for the kitchen since the opening of the hotel in 1989 and welcomes his guests personally with host Raphael Wyniger. Who looks at the menu can decide between menu and A-la-carte courts and can look forward to courts such as filet of the Santa Peters fish, Breton lobster and juicy Aargauer bio calf filet. And of course there is also the wine list, which has 450 positions to offer.
