Farm-to-table is the motto of this small but refined cocoa manufactory. They supervise every single step, from their own cocoa plantation in Belize to the chocolate bars being wrapped in sandwich paper. At the store, owners Florian and Klaus will explain the world of chocolate to you, while you drink chocolate tea made from the skins of cocoa beans.
