Bistro Sixteen82 is part of Steenberg Estates, which is one of the oldest wine estates in South Africa. The Cape Dutch buildings of this winery date back to 1682. Bistro Sixteen, however, is anything but historic and is housed in the modern section, surrounded by an art-sculpture ensemble. The menu is characterised by its tapas-style, fresh and seasonal dishes such as tataki from the ring or chilled slices of chalmar fillet enhanced with ginger, lime and sesame seeds. For all golf lovers – the Steenberg Estate also has a sensational golf course to offer.
