Blue Bar

The Blue Bar, located in the dunes on Migjorn beach, is a Formentera hippie institution through and through. Like everywhere else on the island, it serves dried fish salad with fried bread, tomatoes and peppers: ensalada payesa. From time to time, rock greats have turned up at the Blue Bar. Robert Plant, once the lead singer of Led Zeppelin, or David Gilmour of Pink Floyd have already been there.
