An actual gin tonic cult developed itself in Spain, and to fuel this a bunch of gin bars popped up. One of the best is Bobby Gin, named after the British Robert “Bobby” Gallower, who as a baby was given gin to calm down just to become one of the best bar tenders in New York at an older age. And even though there’s a modestly stylish sign hanging on the wall saying “The perfect gin tonic does not exist”, they are definitely cutting it close here. Gin is celebrated in bustling vibrations with 60 kinds of the juniper berry spirit and there’s a choice of artistic “ginfonk” cocktails, which are enriched with fruits or herbs – an invention of Bobby Gin. You could also have a bite to eat here, or just enjoy some first class drinks.
