Bottega Il Busco brings a touch of Italy to the Balearic island with its fluffy and delicious focaccia. Daniele’s secret recipe for the Ligurian speciality is the toppings. Because they are anything but classic here. Our absolute favourite is the focaccia with pumpkin, ricotta and herbs. It’s perfect for a snack between meals or to start the evening, and of course it comes with wonderful Spanish wines and a cosy, stylish shaby-chic ambience.
