The Cassai is immediately noticeable if one drives through the main road of Ses Salines – between Santanyí and Es Trenc. The café and restaurant can be found in a restored three hundred year old Mallorcan manor house, with a turquoise façade that, as already mentioned, will catch everyone’s eye. Inside there is a rustic-romantic Finca feeling with all kinds of details from flowing curtains to Vietnamese lampshades. You soon notice that a lot of time and love has been put into the interior. The food, on the other hand, is not quite as convincing, yet it is nice to drop by for a drink and a snack. Or alternatively at the big sister’s house, Cassai Beach House.
