Passing through the doors of the Restaurant Cellar Sa Premsa is like walking into the past which comes alive on the walls and ceiling, in the corner and halls of the building. Take a seat and after astutely studying the impressive menu, just go ahead and order Frito Mallorquín (fried lamb liver with potatoes, peppers, and herbs), the Sopa Mallorquina (bouillon with rye bread and vegetables), of the hearty Lechona asada (roast suckling pig). Pair with that the José L. Perrer red, just as the chef recommends. It’s a perfect match.
