We are already convinced by the concept on which the small restaurant is based: Le Chardon accommodates chefs for a period of two months and commissions them to reinterpret the world-famous culinary art of Provence in a personal way. In the end, two Australians took on the task and the result was an exciting culinary experience that impressed us. We were also impressed by the tasteful furnishings and the supernatural waiters, who shone with surprising knowledge in their extremely loving and devoted manner. The Chardon is worth a recommendation for us in every respect!
