CoVino was founded in 2013 after a trip to Paris and is inspired by the cosy and soft bistros of the Ville Lumière. The first project was developed by Andrea Lorenzon and Cesare Benelli, who together opened this small restaurant in the heart of Venice.
In the kitchen, the focus is always on regional and seasonal products to help, beyond taste, support local producers and spread tradition. The dishes are prepared using only the highest quality ingredients. This is why vegetables, herbs, spices and fresh fish are bought daily at the Rialto market. The wine list is regularly updated and consists of about a hundred labels. All the wines are natural and linked to the territory, which means that the vineyards are in their vocation and that the production methods respect the environment and the raw material. The Co Vino’s concept and implementation are incredibly well implemented, so that an evening here is nothing less than an experience.
