The entrance looks like any other Trattoria. From the outside you would never guess that this is one of Venice’s best and most exclusive restaurants. Once inside the décor transforms, with dim lighting, (perhaps a bit too dark), on the tables you will find the most exquisite Murano glases of town. Here the fish is prepared to perfection, with a dash of finesse which is not the usual way of Italian cooking, but is not out of place here. The Fritto Misto is fantastic, even the mussels get exquisitely fried. The lunch menu for 45,- € is a very good deal.
