El Silencio

Tucked away in the small bay of Cala Molí, El Silencio combines the best food, cocktails, music and art in its own little universe by the sea. Building on the original architecture of the Cala Molí Beach Club from the 1970s, a team of local designers has worked with traditional local materials to create a chic yet natural ambience with a touch of retro flair. The menu was created in collaboration with restaurant concept ToShare, a joint project between Jean Imbert and William Pharrell, and it’s all about elevated plates and tapas dishes. Look out for artist Miranda Makaroff’s colourful immersive installation Marí Marí, inspired by a magical encounter with a sea creature on Formentera!
