Es Molí de Sal – a former salt mill that today captures the magic of Formentera like no other place. Located directly on Platja de Ses Illetes, with an incredibly beautiful view of Es Vedrà. And on the plates: paellas that have long been legendary, calamari with citrus notes, lobster with egg and sobrasada, or fresh fish from the grill. The cuisine is Mediterranean, creative, and deeply rooted in the island. But the real experience begins when the sun sinks into the sea and the terrace glows in the evening light, transforming Es Molí de Sal into perhaps the most beautiful place on the island.
