Behind Epur, which lies on one of the city’s hills, is the French star chef Vincent Farges. But there’s much more behind Epur, to be more precise, this fine dining address is a collaboration between Vincent Farges and Bulthaupt, the star of the kitchen manufacturers. Bulthaupt had the idea of simply turning his showroom into a restaurant – et voilá! The Scandinavian-style, minimalist yet slightly playful interior reflects Epur’s philosophy – “Pureness”. Everything that is conjured up here in the kitchen revolves around dishes whose simplicity is intended to stimulate the senses. Vincent works mainly with local producers and combines their products with his grandmother’s traditional recipes. We can confirm – this results in a unique symbiosis!
