Es Còdol is not just any beach restaurant, it is a declaration of love for Formentera. Located directly on Migjorn Beach, it combines the scent of the sea with cuisine that blends tradition and modernity. Behind the project is Catalan Michelin-starred chef Nandu Jubany, whose team sensitively reinterprets Balearic cuisine: from rice dishes reminiscent of large family celebrations to tuna carpaccio and the legendary fried lobster with egg. Everything is honest and authentic. Add a glass of wine, a view of the sea, and Es Còdol shows how beautiful life can be.
