The Estro Vino e Cousine is a hearty affair through and through: Alberto and Dario Spezzamonte, born in Venice and always passionate connoisseurs of the world of gastronomy, combine their experience with the opening of Estro – Vino e Cucina in 2014. Alberto manages the kitchen brigade from day one with rigour and experience, Dario takes care of the room and manages the restaurant’s large cellar. The cuisine is based on very simple components: the seasonality and quality of the products, respect for tradition and a contemporary interpretation of it. The menu is constantly updated in order to offer a maximum of freshness and authenticity as well as a maximum of taste experiences to the guests. The wine cellar houses more than 700 bottles of wine from all over the world. The love for wine and the careful production of it are in the foreground. The waiters in the Estro are open to bringing this passion closer to you.
