The Hofbäckerei Pfister is a cult in Munich and stands for good food and traditional craftsmanship. Special baking techniques give the Pfister-bread its unique taste. They have more than thirty different types of ecological sour dough and they are all baked longer than normal bread. A Pfister bread keeps fresh for a week, which is a sign for quality bread. The Pfister pretzels have an especially wholesome taste, without being too dry.
