The Hotel Sylter Fährhaus is one of the best among the best when it comes to hotels and restaurants on the island. The small, nostalgic captain’s cottage in Munkmarsch is a little bit away from the usual hustle and bustle and attracts especially gourmets. After all, the guests of the associated gourmet restaurant can not only look at the Wadden Sea, the menu is also a real pleasure and seduces with braised veal cheeks with grilled cuttlefish, Milanese risotto as well as with saddle of lamb under salsiccia crust. A place to enjoy!
