The Il Cannito is a wonderful getaway to rest after the turbulent Amalfi coast in the Cilento. The heart of Il Cannitos is the family that runs it, Anna Maria Barlotti and her three adult children. Already the way here is pure relaxation, one drives through never ending fields, until sometime a gate shows up, the entrance into the paradise of Il Cannito. Only the twittering of birds and the one or the other crowing cock can be heard here, otherwise one can enjoy the peace and quiet at the pool or in the spacious garden and is spoiled every morning with a delicious breakfast that is filled with freshly picked strawberries and all kinds of vegetables from the garden as well as homemade jam and buffalo mozzarella.
