They have a heart for coffee here in this small and snug coffee shop – where they serve the best in town. It comes from Istanbul’s first and teeny tiny roasting house. The expats are lining up for the fresh and aromatic roasts, which only consists of one kind of bean. Owner Besitzer Çağatay Gülabioğlu insists that the beans don’t get mixed, as he spent years with the cultivation, harvest and roasting of the beans and next to their uniqueness he puts a lot of importance on their freshness. They are roasted using a one-kilo-method and are immediately infused. The coffee shop has a large blackboard listing all coffee treats, yet the shop itself is very small. There are only 4 places to sit, so most people order to go.
