La Bruschetta brings a nice prize “dolce Vita” to the island, more precisely to the centre of Son Servera. Whoever enters the restaurant will first notice the great atmosphere, because the restaurant does not have any setting, but can be found in a former restored oil press – a high, beam-supported room with a powerful press, which stands in the middle of the room and where every original part can still be inspected. The menu is of course Italian through and through. In addition to classics such as pizza, the menu also offers original and modern dishes such as the beef fillet tartare. As beautiful as the interiors are, in summer, the cozy inner courtyard is also tempting, in which one can dine wonderfully under the starry sky.
