In La Pacha Mama, a vegetarian Mexican jewel, everything is just right. The sensational and authentic dishes of the chef Alejandro are among the biggest culinary surprises on the island. Beetroot ceviche in a composition with apple and mandarin, tacos patrons, homemade guacamole, quesadillas with jackfruit and vegetables and to top it off caramelized banana flambéed with tequila and kahlua is served. Just as unique as the dishes is the atmosphere, starting with the warm service, Latin American sounds of the live band and an interior that not only pays homage to the Acapulco Chair, but also comes from the feathers of architect Alexis Dornier. He has given the restaurant a special kind of sun deck, consisting of metre-high steel pipes, recycled car tyres and descending plants that transform the place into a minimalist jungle. The second floor is particularly beautiful. Don’t forget to try the delicious margaritas.
