The Labstelle is between Lugeck and Wollzeile at home and has managed to interpret the local cuisine on contemporary whiteness. Regional cuisine, that naturally arouses expectations. The Labstelle does not see itself as a gourmet temple at all, despite its noble location and equipment. The fish comes from the breeder Franz Hengl, the vegetables from Viennese nurseries, the goat cheese from the Vienna Woods, the bread is baked in no less than eight variations and the sour vegetables are pickled or fermented themselves. The food from the hands of the young chef Kristijan Bacvanin is unagitated in an inspired way. Oh and the beautiful and expensive Y-chairs of the great Danish carpenter Hans J. Wegner must also be mentioned!
