You take the stairs down to get to this unique bar, in which the former Hobby Beer Brewer of the World shows you what modern beer drinking is all about. Not a trace of banal pub atmospheres can be found. The celebrated Femmes Regionales designed the whitewashed and black tiled rooms, where you sit on adventurously mixed chairs. These vary from wooden classics to metal stools bolted together. The light comes from high polished brass lamps or cute wooden lights. And then the beer of the micro brewer Mikkel Borg Bjergø, who after secretive experiments in Europe and the USA now offers 15 of the world’s best beers from the barrel in his bar. Of these 10 are his very own creations! On the side you can get cheese and little snacks. Obviously a must, when you’re in town.
