If you’re tired of Italian food, you should make your way to Mo Sarpi in Chinatown. Chinatown, between Isola and Sempione, is certainly one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Milan and you can enjoy delicious Chinese food. Behind the counter, Mo Sarpi prepares MO, the street food par excellence that can be found on the streets of Xian, the capital of Shaanxi province in China, and is prepared here according to the original recipe. The MO consist of two slices of bread filled with a stew of pork shoulder and bacon, all organic, cooked for 12 hours with natural spices. A heavenly good change!
