Annelie Wagensteller is a master miller with all her heart and an author. When she took her master’s examination, she was the youngest in Germany. In the meantime she has written several books about bread, health and food in general. Since 1980 she has prepared a sourdough, which she still uses today for delicious bread. You can find that in the farm shop from time to time, but Annelie Wagensteller actually thinks that everyone should have their own sourdough, with their own taste – how to do it, she likes to support everyone. For example, in four-hour daily courses in which the participants are also taught the tradition of the family business. You will find this in the official register for the first time in 930.
You can get not only flours and baking ingredients, but also the whole assortment of an organic shop, products from Allos, Naturata, Govinda or Hildegard von Bingen, teas and different kinds of honey, beautiful earthenware and enamel dishes, monastic almonds, Himalayan salt, chocolates, numerous whole grain products, natural cosmetics, organic wines. The natural food mill is not really well signposted, so you should use your navigation system to be guided to the car drivers.
