Nobu Hotel Shoreditch

Hidden in a quiet side street near the famous Great Eastern Street in East London, the Nobu Hotel has quickly established itself as a design hotspot and gourmet temple. Here, Asian design pieces skilfully set accents in front of polished grey concrete walls. On the basis of the ink painting Sumi-e, which is particularly widespread in East Asia, a special geometric pattern was conceived which runs through the entire hotel. In the hotel’s own restaurant, star chef Nobu serves a mix of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. A place no gourmet lover should miss.
