The stylish restaurant Nomade is a little hidden in a side street and is a great surprise in the otherwise rather traditional Essaouira. If you feel like a little modern Moroccan touch, this is the place to be. Quite unexpectedly, a stylish ambience opens up inside over 3 floors. The kitchen is also on point, traditional Moroccan, but refined in a modern way. The lamb is heavenly, but also the desserts should not be missed.
