Orasay is chef Jackson Boxer’s latest restaurant in Notting Hill, and here too the up-and-coming chef remains true to himself. Boxer has already shown flair in preparing modern British dishes with his other restaurants. At Orasay, the focus is on fish and seafood, most of which comes from Scotland. Fried prawns, fresh oysters, scallops from the Isle of Mull or monkfish from the day’s catch. The Orasay is a perfect place for a relaxed dinner among Notting Hill locals and fish lovers.
