Oswald & Kalb achieves a perfect synthesis of authentic rusticity and modern ideas, namely the refinement of the Austrian kitchen. The menu is classic: Viennaer Schnitzel, Tafelspitz (delicious boiled beef), Viennese pancakes and sweet Knödel. A good mix of ages among the guests who tend to be demanding and international.
