Overall is another gem in the foodie hotspot of Santa Gertrudis. Overall brings world-class cocktail culture to Ibiza. Owners Jorge and Monica have imported specialist equipment from around the world to wow you with mind-blowing mixology creations like you’ve never tasted before! There’s even a machine that can extract the flavours from any ingredient you can think of – like Dorito chips or Wagyu beef – used in Jorge’s fantastic recipes. The food is just as fantastic. Monica creates delicious treats inspired by her South American roots and the couple’s time in Asia.
