The RA MA Institute brings a new, fresh perspective to Kundalini Yoga. Thanks to Guru Jagat – the internationally renowned Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher from Los Angeles – there is now the first European flagship studio on Mallorca. She has chosen Palma’s artistically inspired Santa Catalina district as the perfect location for the RA MA Institute. Between small artist cafés, the weekly market and a vegan ice-cream parlour, this is exactly the right environment. In the studio there are not only possibilities for daily practice, but also workshops, special events, rejuvenation and healing retreats as well as teacher training with internationally recognized lecturers. The programme is rounded off by highlights such as special meditation techniques and singing bowl sounds.
