How can Tyrolean dishes be translated into authentic gourmet cuisine? Just like the kitchen in Furmenta does. The restaurant is also open to non-hotel guests. In the stylized Tyrolean parlour with rough wooden boards on the wall there are modern felt chairs and all around a very comfortable bench with a classic Tyrolean check pattern. This is very comfortable. The portions are clear, but absolutely delicious. Very nice are dumpling tris, spinach dumplings, cheese dumplings and a normal dumpling with horseradish or the fried onion with baked potato and bacon. The menu also includes pasta and fish dishes and the price level is raised according to the quality.
