The Restaurant Stadele has brought a breath of fresh air to Lana’s gastronomy. Chef Matthias Wenin attaches great importance to a menu suitable for the seasons and in his kitchen authentic local cuisine meets fusion. Vegetables, herbs and fruit are harvested in his own garden, the fish and meat are from the region. And then there’s the wine – after all, the Stadele is proud like a king of its wine lounge, and with good reason, because one or two high-ranking wines are stored here. But the personal atmosphere is ultimately the icing on the cake of this successful restaurant, especially in summer when you can sit down on the terrace and many regular guests from the surrounding area meet here.
