The innkeepers call their food Slow Food, and they focus on a modern, very local and seasonal cuisine, which mostly gets by with products from their own agriculture. The restaurant is very cool with its lounge areas and furniture reminiscent of classic Scandinavian design. In addition, there is a small alpine room that wonderfully combines traditional with modern design. The food is a gourmet interpretation of the alpine kitchen. The portions are appropriate, the dishes are based on traditional recipes, but with a certain modern touch. Everything is very tasty!
