Only the handmade tiles in countless shades of green run through the entire riad and are reflected in the plants, cushions, vases and glasses. One of the best things about staying here is breakfast on the sun terrace. In addition to fresh orange juice and homemade jams (e.g. a lemon confit to die for), there are daily changing Moroccan pastries and egg specialities such as the shakshuka tajine – so good that we ordered more every morning. In the background, you can listen to a mix of playlists and all you can hear is birdsong. In short, the Riad Bab 54 is a place where you want to stay.
