Salsify is one of the newcomer restaurants in the Cape region. After all, a Test Kitchen apprentice also cooks here, chef Ryan Cole to be precise. He is one of the region’s trendy diners, a representation of „new age South African“ cuisine and serves French-provençal inspired dishes of the highest standard. This is accompanied by excellent service and a charming, historic ambience. The Salsify is located in a 19th century building that served as the hunting lodge of the British governor Lord Charles Somerset. An absolute must for gourmets!
