As the name suggests, in the middle of the glacier area of the Ötztal Alps, a shelter with a beautiful view of the Alpine panorama awaits you. Inside it offers cozy rooms in a charming hut with lots of wood and checkered bed linen and the highest sauna in Europe. Those who are so high up don’t have to do without anything: Hearty, genuine South Tyrolean cuisine, fresh spring water and the best South Tyrolean wines and spirits will not only relax your soul but also your stomach.
If you would like to leave the luxury mountain hut, you can also spend the night only a few hundred metres away in the former customs house. There, guests can take care of themselves or take advantage of the beautiful view.
