The three friends Peter, Emanuel and Lucas bring the Third Coffee Wave trend to Munich, more precisely to the heart of Schwabing or Suuapinga. The name, which is difficult to pronounce at first glance, refers to the beautiful Munich district of Schwabing, which was first mentioned in 782 as Suuapinga. The clean, chic café serves all kinds of fodder for coffee junkies, more specifically Speciality Coffee. That means high-quality coffee with light-roasted beans whose supply chains are transparent. And of course there’s something to snack on: organic buttered bread and homemade cinnamon buns!
