The Taverna di Umberto, a traditional family business in the small coastal town of Savelletri, is known for the fresh fish dishes that have been served here for generations. The dishes are not unusual, but they are of a special quality. The fish is caught in the morning and goes directly into the hands of the cooks. Olive oil, salt, lemon and off to the grill, the lacquer is ready. We love to sit on the terrace, this place is for us the most beautiful in the village.
