This is a world of technology disguised as an adventure playground. From giant pianos that kids play by jumping from key to key, to the history of the computer, to scale models of underground mines … complicated natural processes and technologies are demonstrated in imaginative ways. Kids love the “Camp-ins” (sleepover night): after registration kids spend a whole night in the museum playing science-fiction games, going to the Spook-Disco, and generally not sleeping much at all. A good way for parents to escape into Vienna’s nightlife while knowing that their kids are having a blast.
