Thali is also part of the celebrated Capetonian restaurant family Chefs Warehouse. This means that it has to be good. And of course it is. In collaboration with chef Nate Coe, Liam Tomlin has created a modern Indian restaurant around the concept of “thali”. Traditionally, a “thali” is a complete meal consisting of 10 or more regional Indian dishes. The small dishes are served in three courses tapas style and include everything from mild to spicy.
