Only a few years before his death in 1988, the sculptor Isamu Noguchi designed the small museum in the building of a former printing house. Today it is considered a legacy of his work:
The gallery houses the artist’s abstract stone slabs and geometric sculptures. During the warmer months, the extensive sculpture garden is another highlight of the museum. A contemplatively designed place with numerous benches in which the numerous works of Nogouchi can be seen sitting and walking.
