Torpedverkstan stands for the “Torpedo Factory” and is located in a smartly refurbished industrial building on Skeppsholmen. In recent years, the restaurant has become an absolute favourite in the city. Inside, long communal tables and a cosy bar await, and in summer you sit right by the harbour, with a view of the boats. The cuisine is Mexican-inspired, with delicious tacos, but also Swedish classics like Toast Skagen. In summer, a lunch here is not to be missed.
