Trattoria Quat Taulin is a declaration of love for cheese. And cheese is known to be one of the specialities of Piedmont. In the trattoria in the small town of Saluzzo, special attention is therefore paid to the different types of cheese. First of all, when we entered, we were overwhelmed by the lavish, nicely arranged cheese trolley, with such a large selection that you don’t even know if you need anything else. The typical Piedmontese dishes are simply delicious, for example the gnocchi al furmagg. And who is wondering now: The menu is written in the local dialect, which we find very charming. Furmagg means, you guessed it, formaggio, cheese.
