Uco Bakery is probably the most stylish bakery in Palma. Behind it is the likeable couple Cate and Gus. After Cate dealt intensively with her gluten intolerance and simply fell in love with a sourdough bread in Rio De Janeiro, it was time for them to bring the healthy and compatible recipes to Europe. In the bright bakery, it not only smells heavenly good, you can also look into the bakery and make yourself comfortable with a coffee. From the grain to the bread, the sourdough breads have their roots in Mallorca. The flour comes from Artá, the extra virgin olive oil from the Serra de Tramuntana and the aromatic tomatoes from the Pla region. Our absolute favourite bread is the one with rosemary and olives. But the version with ghee, parmesan and dried tomatoes is also pure pleasure.
