Gently situated on the coast, opposite the “Black Diamond”, the monumental Unibank building perfectly blends in with its surrounding. The building stands out because of its anthracite grey colouring and its huge but slim portals, which enframe the harbour area. It includes four pole-formed buildings and a U formed block, each with regular spacing between them and almost parallel to each other. They started building the complex in 1995. The offices were initiated in 1999, whereas the three living-blocks, which reflect the architect´s vision, have only just been completed now.
