At Usagi in the Glockenbach district, the motto is “sharing is caring”. In true Japanese dining style, everything that is put on the table is shared and tasted. The atmosphere is just the right mix of casual and lively, cozy and stylish. Just as promising is the menu, which is full of Japanese delicacies: kimchi, crunchy edamame, shapu renkon, fried lotus root with sesame, carrots and chilli, pickled silken tofu called hiyayakko and the delicious nasu dengaku, a sweet grilled eggplant. Fish lovers should definitely try the salmon tataki. And of course there is Japanese beer to go with it.
