Villa Bordoni is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful spots in Chianti. The owners David and Catherine Gardner are experts when it comes to selecting the right details and putting them together to create a harmonious whole. In black and white this means a Tuscan villa from the 16th century, nestled in a picturesque landscape with an endless view over olive trees and vineyards, hand-painted tiles from the Amalfi coast in the baths, a wine cellar dug deep into the rock, a family of turtles living under the olive trees and finally seductive treats like steamed asparagus with pecorino cream on truffle oil. Paradise!
