The Vivo is a small jewel in the heart of Santa Gertrudis. You sit wonderfully under trees with chains of lights on industrial-style chairs and Sicilian fusion cuisine is served. The great atmosphere comes to the fore as soon as the sun has set and the lanterns sparkle in the trees. It is one of those places where you can spend a wonderful evening with your friends at a long table with good food and some Negroni. And the icing on the cake are definitely the cocktails mixed by smart gentlemen with countless tattoos at the bar. And anyway, you immediately notice that Vivo is a heart project. No wonder, behind the concept is an extremely likeable gang of rascals – Federico, Fabrizio, Andrea and Steve.
